God is calling us as His disciples to worship Him by offering ourselves as a living sacrifice to Restore, Renew, Rejuvenate our three-story education building.

His call is to take one of the tools He has given us and practice good stewardship to renovate it through our sacrifice. As we allow God to transform and use us, we will see Him transform and renovate this building. Our response to His call can be an act of true worship.

For me, it’s not about a building project. It’s the next step of putting the Gospel first here at First Baptist. My family would still be my family even if we didn’t have a house, but our house provides us with a place to function better at being a family. Our church is His Church without a building, but He is calling us to Restore, Renew, Rejuvenate the education building to function better in putting the Gospel first.

PURPOSE

God is calling for a plan of Restoration, Renewal, and Rejuvenation with our three-story education building.

This building has been a vital tool used in the Gospel Ministry for decades. We believe God plans to continue to use it to make a Gospel impact for decades to come. With continued problems with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restroom accessibility and many other concerns, God is calling us to address these issues with renovation. We believe God is inviting us to join Him in this plan to be better equipped to share the Good News of Jesus Christ!

Let me encourage your attendance on Sunday, April 19th for Vision Sunday.

During these special services, you will learn more about our new building project and our Restore, Renew, Rejuvenate campaign. We will discuss the importance of church-wide prayer during this crucial time, and share information about our church and its ministry.

Romans 12:1-2 (CSB)

Therefore, brothers and sisters, in view of the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your true worship.  Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God.
